In today’s evolving soccer landscape, college recruiting has become increasingly challenging due to the growing presence of foreign players and shifting NCAA rules. The introduction of the transfer portal and the influx of well-trained international athletes have significantly altered the player identification process, making it harder for American players to gain visibility. Recognizing this shift, Post-to-Post+ has created an alternative development and recruitment pathway, offering U.S. athletes valuable opportunities abroad through training at professional academies.

Our goal is to establish a comprehensive player development pathway, guiding athletes from the grassroots level to elite competition.
